08 Dodge Ram 1500 Fuse Box Location

My brake lights stay on when i shut off my truck. Yeah, it's a ram 1500. I know where the fuse box is located but unable to open so that i do not damage it.

I put on a hid kit and my low beams wont work i was told it could be the low beam relay fuse, but i can't find it.
